I went to a shop near my house Monroe, and they couldn't weld my issue they had no welding services. They referred me to Lou's for the repair. I went to Lou's and the mechanic fixed my exhaust issue in 15 minutes. Such a low price I wanted to tip him. A wonderful competent shop with state of the art equipment. Super honest and dirt low prices. HIGHLY recommended.

Avoid this place at all costs, the guy that works there must have an unhappy life or hates his job rudest person ever, took my bmw m3 there to have 2 exhaust tips cut and welded he tried to rip me off $300 cash with my parts and was not taking card witch tells me it was going to his pocket and that cost me $75 at another location and to make things worse he had no business opening the hood on my car witch he did and ended up snaping the latch cable.
Stay away there are more locations with more friendly people and honest people

Reply - You should post the video with audio so people can hear how you treat your potential customers and you right I'm going to correct myself the hood was never opened because the cable was snapped by you guys how I know because I opened that hood 20 minutes prior to get to you and I also have a cam in the car.
It wasn't the price was the attitude that pushed me away.

Not sure if my interaction was with Lou himself but I had a loose heatshield on my car’s muffler that was annoying me. No nonsense guy, told me he would look at it when I called but that he wouldn’t reinstall the heat shield. Drove up on the lift, he pulled the heat shield out in 4 minutes. I asked him what I owed him. He said nothing and this review is a sign of my appreciation. Support local businesses folks. Meineke wanted me to wait 4 hours and charge me $100 for this. Thanks Lou!! You made my day better. No more rattling.

My ancient car failed inspection due to an exhaust leak, and it was suggested I try Lou's Custom. I went there the next morning, and they had replaced the rotted muffler by 2!

I felt the price was quite reasonable and there is nowhere else I know of that could have done it the same day. I know my regular mechanics would have taken a week just to be able to look at it, and it quite probably would have cost a lot more.

Everyone I dealt with was prompt, helpful and polite. I will certainly bring any exhaust business to them in the future.

Had an exhaust leak with my pipe and was in and out in less than an hour between quoting me and then actually fixing it! It’s first come first serve, no appointments, so I got lucky with timing but they were very helpful when I called ahead and was trying to figure out when was best to come since I was limited to my lunch break or trying to drop it off after work but before they close. As for price, they are extremely reasonable and fair - I would highly recommend!
