Called in that morning to check availability was told to bring the truck by in 2 hours. Arrived on time and was told I could wait. 35 minutes later I was heading back. Quick job, 2 welds and I was out the door. Unfortunately after the job I looked it over and now if I ever need to service my exhaust I'll have to cut it to pieces. Not sure how I feel about that. Was hoping for a flange to be welded instead I have a direct weld where a flange was. Oh well it was fast,seemed a little pricey but what isn't these days. Good people doing a good job and fast. I'm happy with the service. I'd recommend these guys if you have exhaust issues, just be specific about what you're expecting

Amazing experience. Dealership wanted over 2k to fix my exhaust. I dropped my car off at Lou's at 8:30am, got a call by 9:30am with a quote of $350 (which I very happily agreed to), and then had my car back by 11:15am! On top of that, I received updates on progress and pictures from the included inspection report. Don't go anywhere else; go to Lou's.

These guys have not let me down yet. I am impressed with the fact that they do an all point check for free. Also they don’t try to push service on you. They just tell you what’s needed, and they also send pictures to your phone of all things that are needed. I definitely recommend. I will have all my service done here.

My car is quiet and that is what I needed. After going to knights auto shop Fall River twice this year for my muffler. That shop did nothing right. Both times my muffler was still loud. But after Lou’s Custom Exhaust. I feel extremely happy with the work they have done.

Had an ongoing issue with my exhaust on my 2011 Honda Pilot. Was referred to Lou’s by a local mechanic I trust . I was able to get an initial estimate , and a final price estimate once they got it up on the lifts. They called to make sure the price was OK and went ahead and did the work and completed the job in a few hours. They offered a two year warranty of their work and also gave me a military discount. The exhaust sounds great and I plan to use Lou’s again in the future. Thanks to the professional staff for a great job well done.

I was referred by a friend to this place. I'm glad he did. I was trying to fix my exhaust during my couple days off from work. They got it in before the end of the day to at least give me an idea on price. They explained what was currently wrong, and what I could expect to go bad shortly down the road. They gave me a good price on what NEEDED to be fixed, and also saved me enough to do the preventative repair, BEFORE that let go in a few months. I picked it up early the next morning for exactly what we discussed. Car feels and sounds great. I'll be back next time I need work done.

Fortunately for me they were free to take my car in same day. Tightened everything up. Replaced the part in question and others that were starting to wear, shored up and welded. And the welds were superb. Unsure if they did them via machine and jig. But great beads. Im happy. And riding quiet.
