So, in the midst of diving home from work today, I decided to get my tires balanced. I just got new tires, and they didn't get the balance like they should have. I called Lonsbury. I had never been there before. Never even heard of them honestly. It was just on my route home. Anyway, he asked when I could be there, and I told him I was 20 minutes away. He told me to come on in! Never in the history of forever have I had a shop fit me in that quick. The boys there were fantastic! Super nice. Super helpful. And the prices they have are totally affordable. It was going to cost me more, and I would have had to wait over a week anywhere else I've called. I will be using this shop from now on. Mostly because of the customer service I received. Partly because of their fair prices. I have told so many people about this place since I left there this morning. Figured I would leave a review as well, they deserve it!

We are traveling cross country. We had an electrical problem with our rear stop, turn and backup lights. They fit us in within a couple of hours, fixed the problem with reasonable rates. All friendly service with hospitality from first call to final goodbye!

Expensive! Plastic shims cost 500 dollars to install. That's on top of 186 wheel alignment. The 42 oil change deal was a fair deal.

We simply needed an oil change, and we got that plus much more. They did a very thorough inspection with a full report and at a great price. Noticing that my husband had mobility problems, they pulled our car close to the door for easy entry. We will return.

I brought in my 2020 1500 silverado due to some issues with shifting slippage. Diagnosis was complicated and could have led to wasting thousands on a best guess. Lonsbury spent some time researching before we all made a collaborative decision. They were patient, understanding, and offered a unique solution that was more cost effective and ultimately fixed the issue. They are my favorite auto mechanics around.
