Wendy has taken our family photos twice and has been amazing both times with our two toddler boys! She gets genuine smiles out of them, not the fake cheesy ones? She truly captures the love between a family in her photos with the candid shots. We added a new little one to our family and I can’t wait to have him in our photos with her this year. My only complaint is that I wish I knew about her sooner, truly a gifted photographer!

Locked in Photography is hands down the best photographer around! Wendy is not only an incredible photographer but an incredible person, as well. From the moment you meet her, you feel like you’ve known her for a lifetime! She is SO patient, talented, and absolutely incredible at what she does! We first used Wendy for our engagement photos and wedding in 2018 and since then, we’ve worked with her for milestone photoshoots, newborn shoots, and more! Every single time we’ve gotten our pictures back from Wendy, I’ve been legitimately blown away – downloading every photo in the gallery to show it off to family and friends! Each gallery she puts together is curated to highlight the most special moments. She captures so many candid/yet authentic moments, that have become some of my favorite moments frozen in time.

I remember during our newborn photoshoot last year, I was unsure if our toddler would want to smile and be in the photos and Wendy, without hesitation, pulled out all the stops to make our toddler smile, giggle (more like belly laugh!), and feel so comfortable with her! This in turn, led to photographs of my two boys that are some of my favorites, and some that I’ve blown up around my house and plastered on so many walls!

All this to say, there is NO photographer like Wendy out there. Her dedication to her business and her clients is truly unmatched – I mean look at all of these incredible reviews - they speak for themselves! Two simple words: BOOK HER! For ALL of your photo needs! You will not be disappointed!

I have been using Wendy and locked in photography for 10 years now, she has an art that you really can’t put any monetary value on. During pregnancy photos or even both my son’s new born pictures she has a way to make huge and pregnant/postpartum mom feel glamorous and beautiful! A year ago I found out I had breast cancer & had a double mastectomy, after my surgery looking at my all my scars; all I thought about was “when I’m done with all my treatments & other surgeries I’m having a photoshoot with Wendy!” That’s how good she makes you feel!

Wendy is beyond patient with children and never once has she made us feel like we were being rushed or that she was annoyed we had to stop to feed a baby or console a tired cranky kid, she does the opposite and pumps everyone up. My children LOVE Wendy! Maybe more than I do ? We laugh the whole session and when 1 of my kids decides he’s done with photos and wants to dust the set, she just takes the pictures ?
Honestly, the only complaint I have is that I did not use Locked in Photography for my Wedding. Big huge mistake!!
For the past 10 years I have recommended Wendy with Locked in Photography to everyone I know asking about photos and will continue to do so. Why? Because she cares about her work, photography is Wendy’s passion and it definitely shows.
Wendy has become a staple in not only my family but our extended family & friends for all holidays and every milestone. She should be part of yours as well, trust me you will NOT be disappointed!

This was the best photo session I’ve experienced! I felt comfortable, my husband actually smiled and my kids kept enough focus to get some wonderful photos. Wendy is a true artist. She has photographed myself and my daughter many times, milestone sessions, fall pictures, Santa picture and Easter bunny pictures. Each interaction with Wendy is professional and the pictures turn out beautiful! Also her sets for holidays are true works of art—just AMAZING!

One session on particular stands out to me. It was my daughter’s 3 year milestone pictures. It’s a hot August evening. My daughter kept pulling out her hair bows. When Wendy would ask her to do something, she did the opposite. I was getting frustrated. Wendy just says, “this is 3!” At the time, I was hot, frustrated, and thought for sure the pictures would reflect that. Instead I received a beautiful gallery of photos. Now everytime I see her 3 year picture on the wall I smile and think that was 3!
