I recently had my ‘24 Tundra in for its scheduled maintenance. This was the first time I had Alissa Coulombe as my service advisor. She was excellent from start to finish. When I showed her a concern I had with the molding bowing on one window she addressed it immediately. The part to repair it was ordered and arrived within 2 days. She was able to schedule me the next day and the window was fixed. She even walked with me to my truck to review the repair.

Not only did she treat my vehicle as if it were her own, she was very personable and easy to talk to. That’s not always the case. I’ve had service advisors at many dealers that just go through the motions. Alissa was terrific! I plan to schedule my vehicle with her in the future.

On 12/18/24, I had a 5 Star service appt. for my Toyota at Lia Toyota in Northampton, MA.! Caroline, Service Advisor was kind, friendly, and kept me informed about repairs and service on my car. Lindsay, Service Scheduler, was very helpful and kind when I initially had to cancel and then reschedule my service appt. The mechanic’s work was great, he also removed the service maintenance reminder from the dashboard. Although my regular Service Advisor, Mike B., was out that day, I want to thank him for his consistent transparency about repairs, his respectful, polite and kind manner. At other brand dealerships in the past, I have sometimes found that women customers are not treated with respect, or explained details about repairs. That never happens with Mike B.! I would also like to thank Alexis, Lia Toyota Northampton Salesperson, who sold us the brand new Toyota 2024 we have now that I just had serviced. Alexis was respectful, kind, he truly listened, he did not pressure me into a more expensive car, when I made it clear what I wanted when I walked into Lia Toyota Northampton. Alexis is also a 5 star Lia Toyota employee! In addition, I would like to thank Joe, one of the Managers, who has been very kind, and helped me with questions I had on a number of occasions. I would also like to thank the manager who helped me find a place to sit away from the large group of people waiting in the very nice service area on 12/18/24. This is the way car dealerships should be!

Mike was available when I arrived to drop off the car. He was attentive and called me/gave me his cell phone number to call in case I hadn't heard from him (the computers/phones were down that morning). In addition, when I picked up the car, he personally walked me to the cashier's office to show me where to go.

Recently, I purchased a new Toyota from Lia Toyota in Northampton, Massachusetts. Part of the elaborate process included waiting for the DMV to process the paperwork to register the car and then to have the car inspected within a set time frame.
The inspection was made so much easier because of Caroline Donnelly, General Manager of the Service Department. Her professionalism and her understanding of the stress placed on the buyer saved the day. She helped me by explaining the regulations and structure of the service department and also by recognizing my personal needs as a disabled person. The inspections was done expeditiously and Caroline Donnelly personally came to tell me that the work had been accomplished. Thank You is insufficient for my gratitude for the personal understanding and skills of Caroline Donnelly.

Dores Bounphasaysonh, my service rep at Lia Toyota, was wonderful during a stressful time. My auxillary battery had died and they were back-ordered, so it was 3 weeks before I got my car back. Dores kept me informed and contacted the main Toyota office to make sure that they paid for my rental since I had no car available for those weeks.

I have purchased several cars from Lia Toyota in noho over the years and always trust them to service my car(s) This most recent repair was for de-mousification. They completely stripped my car, found a huge nest 😫😫. Thank goodness for Jonathan Eliza!! The process took 2 months and Jonathan kept me apprised throughout. He even got my insurance company to cover the entire expense. All I had to do was be patient. My car has been put back together, detailed and is humming done the road. Many thanks
