We got phenomenal service by Dan Viola and his team at Lev Kia! Repairs attempted at another dealership did not fix the problem we were having with our Sorento. Dan and his team expertly diagnosed and fixed the problem correctly the first time while providing substitute transportation. In addition, when we picked up the car it had been completely detailed, inside and out! Outstanding service!

We purchased a used Kia Telluride from Lev. We came to the dealership for a specific car that was advertised online, and honestly the car sold itself. I was just disappointed by the sales person we worked with. When first coming we rescheduled an initial appointment, and that rescheduled appointment was never entered and we had a wait a while to be helped (not a big deal but a bit frustrating). On a different day when we picked up the car, there was a cosmetic issue that was not flagged in advance and when it was brought up the sales person pushed back on what we had discussed previously and deflected blame to the service department and did not seem to want to make things right and make it a good experience. We love the car, but we do not plan to go back to Lev in the future.
