What a lovely yoga studio! Beautiful and soothing space. Sue led us in an awesome practice (slow is not easy) and her voice and cues were perfect. I think I slept (and maybe snored) in Sivasana. Whenever I'm around here again, I will make sure to practice at Lenox Yoga. Thank you!

The employees of my law firm have an AMAZING weekly yoga class with Sue Parsley the owner of Lenox Yoga! The space is open and inviting. Sue is a FABULOUS person and yoga instructor. She varies the class based on how we present to her week to week. We have all gained so much from this class under Sue’s guidance. Highly highly highly recommend! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

A gem of a find, a perfect day in every way!
I was in Lenox to hear the Tanglewood Festival Chorus sing Aida.
I googled yoga to see that there was a studio nearby.
The instructor was fantastic and moved at the pace of the class.
The room was filled with sunlight; the instructor emphasized 'breathing" and the vinyasa yoga class was just what I needed to heal my aching backing. And the amazing instructor, Sue, turned out to be the owner who took the time to get to know the class! Enjoy the experience!

I did a drop-in class while on vacation and I want to come back for more! Sue led an informative, all levels class that was challenging but also so welcoming. The studio is new, clean, bright and beautiful. I would defiantly recommend!
