I’m aware i’ve written a review. But i’m here to write another. I’ll make a list on everything i find disturbing in this school.

Number 1. - This school is breaking down. It has holes, the posters are peeling. The chairs in the auditorium are breaking. And the paint is peeling off.

Number 2. - The students here are so disruptive. They punch the lights and break it. And the teachers don’t care.

Number 3. - When staff are in wrong, The other staff don’t tend to tell staff they are in the wrong. However, The other staffs tend to take their side. And happen to lie to parents.

Number 4. - Staff have been calling kids slurs & treating them differently from other certain scholars.

Number 5. - There are kids vaping, There are kids getting sexual in and outside of the school. Staff have yet to notice and/or Yet to tell parents or tell other staff.

Number 6. - Kids are often bullying each other , While the staff try to make this school seem like it’s the bully free zone. But it’s not.

Number 7. - Kids are also often calling each other slurs as in The N word & The F word.

Number 8. - Staff aren't concerned about children’s well being.

Number 9. - This school is HORRIFICLY disgusting and dirty. There is roaches , There is MICE!! AND RATS!! There is lunch on the floors.. That’s weird..

Number 10. - Teachers do not know how to teach according to Scholars in Legacy school of the arts.

Number 11. - Teachers & Staff are picking favorites.

Number 12. - Certains teachers in this school have students scared of them and scared to ask questions. There was this time i was in class. And i Attempted to ask Mr yoo for help. He came up to my table and told me i should’ve focused. I was paying self attention. But to the kids who don’t pay attention and just sit there and sleep. He’s perfectly fine with that.

Number 13. - When you give in your phones , Staff happen to either lose your phones or it comes back disgusting.

Number 14. - A certain amount of teachers know how to teach. atleast 10% of the teachers.

I am so sorry for any parents that are trying to enroll in this school. but i STRONGLY advise you please. Pick the right choice and don’t enroll your kids here.

Most of the staff at this school pretends to care and just go on with their day then we have the small bit of staff that are good like Ms Raymond Mr Ellison and the seventh and sixth grade teachers and some of the staff that are there to help with your mental is a 50/50 so if you want to go here and your child is very verbal prepare to hear bad things about it the school form 7th and 8th

I have been in this school for a 2 years and this school is just...bad. to start the students have no home training they act like wild dogs and bully is very high in the school alot them stink and don't have physical and dental hygiene. Also they participate in smoking drug use and drinking.next is the teacher though not all teacher are bad a majority of them are, one teacher I delt with is very disrespectful calling kids stupid and dumb filling tables and even yelling in student face he has no control of his own actions which is reflex in are grades as a student with learning issues I often can't even understand the martial I'm learing and he doesn't help at all. Finally the school staff and just in general. The school is very dirty there pee on the stair well and the lunch room is disgusting.staff is rude and treat students unfarily and abuse their authority. School counselor are NOT safe spaces and every since I gone here my mental health has declined

I am a Student at Legacy school of the Arts, and Throughout my Entire time being at this School, this School has done nothing but make me Feel Unsafe Here, The Students Trash the School, Bully people and Make many Racial and Homophobic Slurs, this School is a School I would Not Recommend for your Children to Go coming from a 8th Grader, the Main Issues is one of the Teachers (Mr. Yoo or Joshua Yoo) who Not Only Says Rude Things to the 8th Graders, but the Staff do Nothing about it and Blame the Entire thing on the Students Because of “Behavior” Many Students Get Suspended here Because their Always Fighting, Either with Students or Teachers, Another Thing is the Administration, The Admin Staff Do nothing to Protect The Students other than Doing this Talk or Lecture Session called “TTO” or Talk Things Out, WHAT IS TALKING GOING TO DO? ITS ONLY GOING TO MAKE THINGS WORSE. As a Student who’s Witnessed many Fights and Even got into a Couple of Fights, The Administration Team In Legacy School of the Arts Does Nothing to Help the Kids, Other Than Expressing it Out to The Other Students during “Legacy Hall” or Calling the Students Parents, the Only Time they Ever Suspend the Kid is way To Late when the Kids have been doing this since 6th Grade. To Put this Shortly, the Only Possible thing that Can Be Good About this School is the YMCA Program,The Clubs and the Majors. If you are a Parent who is going to have a Kid going into Middle School, Please Do Not make this Your First Choice even if it’s One of the Zoned Schools in Your Area.
