Brought my car in because it needed a new starter. For the part, they charged me about $200 more than it's listed at. They never showed me a receipt for the part and they didn't call me beforehand to let me know the price before ordering it and doing the repair. On the positive, they got the work done quickly and the labor cost was reasonable. Overall, left with a bad taste in my mouth.

Just moved to the berkshires as winter was setting in and went here to get an alignment and snow tires put on. Their prices are more than fair and they did a quality job. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Sitting in the waiting area I heard many stories from other customers about driving for hours to take their cars/trucks here which says a lot. I will happily continue taking my cars here to get services. A+ place.

I went to Larson's about a month ago for a new radiator. They did such a good job, and at an extremely fair price. They didn't yank me around, and try to say more needed to be done than really did.

As a matter of fact, as I'm writing this, I'm waiting to have my car towed to Larson's. It might cost me extra, because it's about 30 miles from my house, but it's worth it to know my car is being well taken care of at a place I can trust, than at another shop that will not do the job as fair, and honest as Chuck does.

I walk into, Larson's , I don't know who the guy was, probably Larson ! To pick up my car ! Well I stand there, 15 minutes…not trying to be rude, while he talks to some older lady, about the weather ! He finally asks me, can I help you…I say yes ! I'm here to pick up my car They reversed engineerined me ! They charged me 100 USD
To replace a Fuse ! Will never use them again ! And I'm local ! It was 6 years ago ! I'm looking for an auto repair shop right now ! And I see how great people think Larson's is ! Scrolling past them....
