I will continue to recommend this place! Definitely one of the best if not the best vw mechanic around. No hidden fees very well detailed invoice/receipt. Chris will help you find whatever car part you need! If you can’t find it yourself just ask him and he will know.

I was traveling across country in my sprinter and had to have it towed in. (Suggested by IDparts)

The tow was supposed to happen overnight but when they arrived and didn’t see it they called to make sure it didn’t get dropped at the wrong place. Once it did arrive, I was back on the road in no time.

Some of the other reviews mentioning “backyard garage” in a negative light is why I enjoyed my experience. They aren’t paying for a crazy overhead for you to sit in a fancy waiting room, etc.

If you’re looking for those things and to pay more, go to a dealership.

If you want an honest and knowledgeable mechanic at a better price bring your stuff here.

Awesome shop, great work! I brought my car into Chris's shop after hearing a rattle/clunk from the front end. Chris took his time in working with me to find the issue occurring with my car. He went on multiple test drives just to better hear the problem and make sure it was indeed fixed. I dropped the car off on a Monday night and by Tuesday morning the problem had been located. Just to double check that this was the problem noise I was hearing he had me come back and go for yet another test drive to make sure that the noise was gone and I was happy with the results. New parts were ordered after I liked the results and by Wednesday the car had been put back together and fixed. Chris was prompt with his work and extremely diligent. Labor was extremely fair and If you have a issue with your Volkswagen I could not recommend Kraftwerke enough!
