I can’t say enough good things about these guys. They bailed me out big time on Memorial Day, when several other companies I called were no help at all.

I needed a tire replaced on my only car, and no one else new where to get the tire; unless I waited a week or so to get it. These guys had the new tire within an hour and then the old tire was removed and replaced right after they got it. Thank you guys you’re a Gem for Marlborough. The cars running great!!

for your good service and excellent work. I looked the company to change the oil in my car near work. I called this company to get an appointment, they answered me very politely and scheduled. When I arrived I was met very professionally and respectfully, in time! I was waiting for my car in the waiting room around 35 min, it was comfortable and cozy place for sitting and waiting.

Called to have my lifted Jeep aligned as they were recommended to me told them the Jeep is modified and told then what exact modifications done to it I was told if I leave it for the day they could do it they call me the next morning basically telling me they don't want to do it because it's too much work for them well trying to beat around the bush saying they can't it's not that they can't it's they don't want to do the little extra work that is requires because of said modifications which I told them about very clearly the previous day before dropping it off otherwise It aligns like any other solid axle vehicle waste of my time for sure do not recommend

I went there twice by now.
They first time my check engine was on and they told me my car has a leakage and I spent $500 so they fix it for me. After a week the check engine came back on and I took my car there and they said I have to spend another $100 to fix the leakage they fixed so the sensor doesn’t detect it again!
Two weeks ago, I had a flat tire and I went there, I spent $35 and they said they fix my tire. After 2 days I had flat tire again so I went back, and they said they cannot fix the tire and I need to buy a new one. I wanted to buy one from them but they said each tire is $230 and I check Costco ( where I originally bought my tires) and it was $145 without installation fee.

Overall my experience here was they do the job temporarily and half way. They waste your time and money and they don’t even apologize for their mistakes ( I didn’t even ask for refund or discount) !!!

I almost don't want to rave about Kraft Tire because they need more bays and busy some days. But I will:)! Been coming here about 5 years. Always a good experience. Fair pricing, excellent quality work & always honest. They just did a Prius Off-road kit and even though it was their first time it went smoothand makes the car so much easier to enter/exit, and I am not scraping my front end on speed humps and other places.
