I bought my car brand new from Toyota in February 2024. I brought my car here, to Koch, for it's THIRD SERVICE in November for a routine oil change and recall update. From start to finish, it was a frustrating and concerning experience. They claimed they performed the oil change and updated my car’s software, but it’s not showing on Carfax, and I have serious doubts it was ever done.

On top of that, I received repeated texts and emails about an appointment for brake work that didn’t apply to my car. After multiple phone calls, they admitted it was a mix-up, canceled the appointment, and yet I still got reminders.

Since that visit, my car hasn’t felt the same—it’s much louder when accelerating, braking requires more force, and there’s an unsettling noise coming from underneath the car. It feels unsafe, and I’m terrified something was damaged during their service.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to another Toyota location for help, I was told it would cost $180 just to have it looked at—despite having a maintenance package.

This experience has been stressful, disappointing, and has left me with a car I no longer feel safe driving. I expected better from Toyota.

I purchased a 2023 Tundra from Koch Toyota and everyone was incredibly helpful. Debbie Goguen was my sales person and was incredibly engaged and helpful throughout the entire process. Bethany Figueroa was part of the Koch insurance sales team and was remarkable to say the least. Thank you everyone over at Koch for being great at what you do. My kids are now going to get to testing out Toyota quality and reliability! Wish me luck.

Got a set of tires through the service department. I wasn't aware they offered buy 3 get one for a $1, but it was very helpful getting a new set of all season tires for my Toyota FJ Cruiser!

Ridiculously overpriced service, under staffed, and poor experience.

I recently took my 09 corolla in b/c it was stalling at idle and the engine light was on plus it was drinking gas. First time in, I told them the issue and they told me it needed brakes, wipers, an air filter and some other stupid mechanical things.

Then that didn't fix the stalling obviously, so i brought it back in and said to them to JUST DIAGNOSE THE STALLING!. Then for another $180 diagnostic fee, I got back a video saying that they took out the plugs to test and basically the engine is "worn out". Their words. so $4500 to $5000 to replace the entire engine.

I then took my car to a local mechanic that said that it was a head gasket, and he could replace that easily. So for a local guy that replaced the head gasket for $1200, and had the head sent out to be machined for $150, plus 89 bucks in parts from Rock Auto, I was back up and running great!

From all i can tell, these guys are good for changing tires and bolt off / bolt on repairs but nothing else really.

Call someone like LeBlanc auto in Leominster or Roux's garage in Berlin if you need a REAL expert.

Always pleased with the personnel and service. They send videos of the inspection process and recommend additional services but never really oversell you. They’ll usually give me a heads up for a more expensive service that would be recommended but don’t pressure me into getting it done at that time.

I rented a car for the first time while I left my car to be serviced and that was an easy experience as well. The rental price for the day was very reasonable.

My wait is never very long when I stay to have my vehicles serviced, but they have pretty poor cell service and no wifi on the waiting room- bring a book.
