I bought a vape there yesterday. An employee highly recommended a brand that I don’t usually buy. I didn’t like it at all. I called the shop back (twice) and neither employee would let me exchange the vape. Totally disappointed and I won’t be back. There are two other shops that are close and I know one of them highly appreciates my business.

My response to the owner: I have worked in restaurants many, many years and yes they would offer to make you something else. As for you “knowing” other shops. Ask Mo how much I spend in his shop, it’s quite a bit. I only stopped at kings because it was close to home. I don’t want a discount, I wanted an exchange. Mo would have done this for me, so I will take my business there. I only took the advice of your clerk as she said how good these new vapes were. I’m sorry I did now. Since I was trying something new, and she knew it, maybe she should have told me all sales were final. Very bad customer service!

I have been a long time customer of this place always ordered food, I get wings a couple times a week. The wings are good, but today I got a personal bag of chips ( A Small bag of chips) l was charged 5 dollars for them. I ask the guy working the counter if I could have a refund for the chips and he looked at me laughing and said “ you bought them and already paid I can’t help you” well that’s fine I won’t be back and I won’t recommend this place to anyone anymore. I had not even left the store yet. I was still standing at the register holding my receipt. But it’s all good you guys got me this time since there was no price on anything. But I won’t be back and I will share this experience with everyone I know and see

I love Gyros. I stopped today and tried Kings gyro 🥙 I have to say, one of the best I’ve ever had. Owner recommended to add peppers and he was not wrong. The meat was seared perfectly and their homemade sauce was par to none! I will definitely be back for another one soon!! 10/10 recommend!

My Chicken Philly was absolutely the bomb.com and my mother loved her Steak Philly... We will definitely be back... I'm not allowed to eat the bread and there was so much chicken that it doesn't look like I hardly ate anything but let me tell you I did....

This place has always been a fantastic place to go. Customer service all around is amazing, every one of the employees are respectful and helpful, and the food is delicious. I don’t think there’s a thing that could make this shop better, and if there is, it’ll be coming soon.

Order wings from here often. Came into tonight got checked out by a guy with gloves on while the second guy is making food without gloves. First guy then went back to making food without changing gloves.. Took 8 mins then after getting a drink waiting with the two looking at us to check us out. Guy in front of me got a snack size bag of chips cost him nearly 5 dollars. When he looked at receipt and said he changed his mind, the employee said cant help, you bought them. To make things worse, I always get garlic and parmesan. Got home little garlic and less parmesan. Very crisp dry chicken wings. Felt great until I ate them. 30 mins later threw them up and felt good again. Poor food quality, poor hygiene/food prep, poor customer service times 2 people, and expense food. Hope this helps the next person.

rude and sketchy. everything is expensive as hell. like almost 200% retail price-expensive. and the cashier was so damn fried he didn’t even get me what i needed. just took the L to get the hell out of there…

My husband goes here a lot for his tobacco and tubes, he gets me a disposable vape. This was my first time going with him to this place. We were only customers at the time, quiet, place has all kinds of stuff, loved it, expensive. The guy working was friendly. Was very happy with my watermelon flavored vape, we will be back, thanks!
