I love all the classes at Kinetic Synergy! My absolute favorite is tap. I love Strong, Zumba, beginner ballet, Fitdance, leaps and turns, Pound, yoga.. every class I take at Kinetic Synergy is great! It’s an awesome place to take classes, and a great place to teach as well! Lauren brings in the best instructors, they’re all friendly, full of great energy, and really love the classes they’re teaching. If you’re looking to get back into dance or fitness and have been out of the game for 20 years, this is the place to go! If you’re a dancing queen or fitness buff this is still the place to go! Owner, instructors, staff, and clients are all friendly, welcoming, and fun! Definitely try out a class or better yet, try out all the classes!!

Kinetic Synergy Dance Company absolutely changed my life! I love being able to dance again in an environment that is positive, fun, and challenging at the same time. Not only do we get to perform in shows but we make concept videos in the summer, my favorite time of year! The dance, yoga, and fitness classes are also phenomenal with a wide variety offered almost every day. I highly recommend the company for dancers looking to perform again and I highly recommend the classes if you’re looking to have fun, stay fit, and learn some sweet dance moves and choreography!!!

Kinetic Synergy Dance Company is a great place if you wish to continue dancing as an adult. I have had a wonderful experience with the company. I’m so grateful to Kinetic Synergy for providing an outlet for me to continue to do what I love. The company is made up of an amazing group of women who are inspiring, creative, and so talented. These ladies have become some of my closest friends over the past few years. The director, Lauren, is very professional and puts her whole heart and soul into the company. If you are looking to continue dancing post high school or college and also meet some pretty amazing people along the way you should definitely check KSDC out.

I was anxious about picking up dance again after taking a few years off but after my first day I knew I had made the right choice! The positive atmosphere and friendly dancers made me feel right at home and I love being part of a group that loves dancing as much as I do! Lauren is really passionate about the studio and the company, which makes such a difference in rehearsals and classes. I cannot day enough great things about Lauren and Kinetic Synergy!

I have been dancing with KSDC for 13 years. Let me tell you about this amazingly talented and fun group of women! I was so lucky to find them! Classes offered during the week, rehearsals on sundays, chances to perform! You can take advantage of as much or as little of the program as YOU want. So much flexibility. If you're a former dancer, graduating dancer, or looking to add more dance to your life this is an AMAZING option! Sundays are for the GIRLS! Come dance with us!

I joined this dance company last season and have had amazing experiences. Meeting other great dancers and also having Lauren as the director is the best you could ask for. There are also so many classes available to take and finally a place to dance at after college and competitions are over.

Having been going classes 2-4 times a week here and absolutely love it. Both Lauren and Ali are very welcoming and teach great classes. There is plenty of room to social distance which is great right now. They often have specials for passes that you should definitely take advantage of and the one time only new member unlimited classes for a month is an amazing deal. Check this place out as soon as you can.

My favorite place to work out! I have taken private hip hop lessons with Lauren which was fantastic. She was super fun to work with! I also try to make it to Ali’s Pound class at least once a week. She brings so much energy to class & it has become something I look forward to every week. I’m so happy I found this studio!
