I recently purchased an EV9 from Jake Sweeney Kia. It wasn’t in stock so we did have to wait a few months for it to come in. I stayed in touch with my sales person and they honored the price we agreed. When the car arrived they made sure it was clean and ready for delivery. Overall a pleasant experience with the sales person, general manager, and finance manager. No hard sell or pushy behavior that I’ve come to expect when buying a car.

I’ve had many car experiences in my long career of owning cars… Jake Sweeney has been the best!! The service department is fabulous. Joe takes great care of my car every time I’ve needed service. When we had trouble getting parts in, he made sure I was on the list to be contacted when they arrived and even called to let me know how much longer it would be. I’ve never had service like this. It’s why I drive from Lexington every time I need even an oil change.

My Kia engine failed. I dropped it off the day before Thanksgiving. They got back with me the same day to say engine needed replaced. Several days later they said work was as approved under warranty. They told me it’d take about a week and a half to receive the new engine and install it. The work was done exactly a week and a half later.

I left them to do what they do and only called once on my own. They were great about communicating and letting me know what was going on.

I literally love this dealership! I’m almost 75 years old and this is the first non-GM vehicle I’ve owned. We bought it because of the dealership owner and people! Everyone in every department is top drawer, knowledgeable and nice! I just had my second vehicle service and Joe was our person. We have had him before and he is friendly, efficient, reliable, and listens to my concerns and addresses them! He even remembers my two grandsons and asks about them. I tell all of my friends that this is the only dealership to buy from! I am a retired John Deere dealer and I know what it takes to have this kind of dealership and I am happy to recommend this dealership 100%!
