What a great experience with a car service center. I made an appointment to get a spare tire put in my new kia (I know... I can't believe that new cars come without a spare tire)...

I made an appointment which usually doesn't mean much at most service centers. I was surprised when I was quickly checked in.... But still expected a couple hour wait.

I sat down in the waiting area and fired up my laptop. Before I finished reading my first email I was greeted by a friendly gentleman who offered me a cup of coffee and a variety of snacks. The wifi connection was fast. I started thinking this isn't a bad place to work for a while.

Before I finished my first cup of coffee one of the services reps called my name. I thought she had some questions about what I wanted done. To my surprise said the car was done and waiting for me. She showed me the work that was done and gave me a coupon for a free car wash. In and out in less than a half hour!

First time I ever gave five stars to a car service center but these guys deserve it!

While our purchase experience was great, the dealership has failed to pay off our trade in AFTER 30 DAYS!!! The Finance department is clueless! I buy new cars ever couple of years. Have never seen such incompetence.
