Went over to check out the theatre and dinner. Although the building is old the dinner was very nice and food was good. The new owners are working on the theatre and making updates. Shows start next week (09-10-21) We will be going back October 29th for the KISS tribute band SWEET PAIN show. Congrats and Thank you to Brian and Constance Hill for the food and tour.

2023. Great experience at meet and greet, show was Awesome and the Key Palace venue has a unique experience I'll never forget!! Thanks for making us feel like family!! ?

Stage is like a concert venue. Cool theater set up. Big bar. Good food. Needs a little work on the theater seats. Tore up.

Okay venue, tiny old seats, but the part that made us never return was the lack of parking. When we came out after the show to our car (street parking only) some kid from a nearby apartment had purposefully trapped us in by parking about an inch from our bumper. After an hour, we called the police. This town has none, so the county cop said they'd be there in about an hour. Shortly before they arrived, the kid that trapped us came outside (by this time 1am and we had a 3 hour drive home) and once he saw the size of my husband, apologized and moved his car. Completely not worth messing with this venue- just go to Indy where there are parking lots, sheesh!!

I didn't use their restroom because last time there wasn't a lock on the stall and there wasn't a knob to turn the cold water on/off therefore, you almost scald your hands. These simple things could be fixed for under $10. Tends to make you wonder why they aren't with the money they bring in?

PLEASE NOTE: The owner replied to my review stating that the repairs were taken care of 8 months ago! December 11 to May 13, isn't 8 months! However, next time I return--and I will return--I'll gladly use the restroom now that the repairs are made! I gladly updated my stars to 5!!
