My car needed a minor repair while on a trip. I didn't discover the issue until about 3 hours before they closed for the evening. After missing my call, they texted me to see what I needed. Avoid. Kerry Mazda service recommended a few thousand dollars worth of repairs to my CX-3. I got a second opinion at a private shop and everything Kerry had said was broken or needed replacing was in good working condition. All I needed was a few new bulbs and windshield wipers. Not new shocks, belts, or sway bar.

Also notable: the last (and final) time I had an oil change there, it took three hours and they didn’t even change the filters. Good luck if you choose to take your car there for service.

I had both my headlights replaced because of a class action suit filed and I was notified of in 2022. It took a year for the replacements to get to the dealer and/or to be next on the list? Repair took two hours. I waited in the lobby. Lobby was neat and clean and I was able to watch TV. Courteous customer service. Lights looked great after they were installed.

Got car back and within 50 miles I had check engine light on,heater fan doesn't work,oil pressure light is on the service department sent a wrecker service to pick up vehicle.

I called and ask for a tire and wheel as my car did not come with a spare tire. The sales person was very pleasant and helpful. He called me when the tire / wheel came in.
When I got there the service dept put the tire on the wheel. They checked the tires already on the car. Everything was fine.

They charged me $180 for an estimate basically. I was having major issues with it, so I brought my Tucson in to try and figure out what was wrong. They told me I needed a whole new muffler system and that would cost me around $3,600. Knowing my car is a 2016 and only has around 70,000 miles, I didn’t think replacing the entire muffler system was necessary. I was right!! So, I paid Hyundai $180 just to be told that I needed work that I really didn’t. I took it to a mechanic out in Florence instead, and they were able to replace the catalytic converter total price $417! I didn’t need all the work Hyundai said I would. I saved around $3,200 by not listening to Hyundai. I still want to know why it cost $180 just to have a mechanic look at my car to tell me what the issue was?!!

Calls answered promptly. Friendly and professional staff. I had requested to have my vehicle serviced before I went on vacation. Dropping my Rogue off on Tuesday, requesting to have it back on Friday morning. I was told that the parts I needed , had to be delivered before the work could be done. I truly believe the service department worked diligently to meet my request .
