Purchased a new Honda CRF300LS from Kendallville Powersports in August of 2024. Not only was Kendallville Powersports the only dealership in Indiana to have that specific model of motorcycle in stock, everyone I spoke to, on the phone and in person, was very helpful and kind. No pushy sales tactics were used, and I was able to finalize the paperwork and take my bike home in just 1 trip (I live about 2 hours south of Kendallville, so this made the process very convenient for me). Overall, Kendallville Powersports has amazing staff, a wide selection of bikes/ATVs/gear, and exceptional service. I highly recommend this dealership, and I will be back for my next bike.

From the moment I walked in the store, I had an amazing experience! Got greeted as soon as walked in, told the staff I was looking to purchase my first motorcycle. Got shown around the showroom floor and talked about all the different types of bikes and got to sit on a few different ones. Ultimately decided on the Shadow Phantom. Filled out a credit app and spoke with Wilder. He informed me that it would be a day or two before I heard back. Before they even opened on day two I got a call and approval, he went over everything with me. I am very happy with the purchase I am going to be making with them. Thank you guys for an amazing experience!
Edit: went and picked up my beautiful bike, and had a very amazing process with them closing the sale and I took her home! The guys went over everything with me, on the bike before I left as this is my first bike.
