Brandon was so nice, patient, and communicated well. I love my new Atlas Cross Sport. This thing has more features than any car I’ve ever seen. The features make it almost indestructible. These cars are affordable, reliable, safe, luxury, and really good looking. My job is in my vehicle so I am grateful that Brandon was able to help me find the perfect fit.

I had a great experience working with Jimmy and Barry! This was my first time purchasing a car so I had a lot of questions for everyone. Jimmy was super patient with me & my family throughout the process and explained everything in terms that were easy to understand. Due to my limited availability for this month, I was unable to pick up my car until a couple of weeks later. Jimmy remained in contact throughout this time and let me know the timeline of events. When it was time to pick up my car, he had it all ready for me with a huge pink bow! I’ve only ever heard negative reviews and comments regarding purchasing a new car/going to the dealership so I’m very happy and shocked that my experience was the complete opposite. I’m very grateful for Jimmy and Barry and look forward to working again with them at some point in the future!

I recently visited for an oil change and tire rotation and had a mixed experience. The service staff was friendly and welcoming, which I truly appreciated. However, I wish there had been better communication regarding the timeline of my appointment.

I arrived on time and was informed that service was running about an hour behind schedule. After waiting for over an hour, I was told it wouldn't be much longer. However, nearly three hours into my wait, I inquired about the delay and found out that everything was completed except for a software update that was taking longer than expected. Also, my receipt had said complimentary car wash and vacuum and we did not get that.

While I understand that these things can happen, it would have been helpful to have that information communicated upfront. Overall, I appreciate the friendly service, but clearer communication about timelines would greatly enhance the experience.

Totally useless annual service. I scheduled an appointment for the annual service on Saturday, hoping to address several issues with my car, such as the phone sometimes not connecting, the rear climate control not working at all, and the noisy wipers. When I arrived, I explained all the problems, but he immediately told me that their professional staff, who handle connection issues, don’t work on weekends. This made me question the point of offering weekend appointments if they don’t have the necessary team available to resolve common issues.
They also claimed to have fixed the rear climate control, but still wasn’t working. I asked a team member to take a look, and instead of addressing the issue properly, he gave me a vague, unconvincing explanation. When I pushed back, he said it couldn’t be fixed over the weekend and said I’d need to bring the car in during the week and leave it for one or two days. I asked if they’d provide me with a loaner car, he said there is a waiting list for over a month long.
To top it off, my car’s inspection sticker had expired, they didn’t replace it during the service. Now, I’ll have to waste another day just to get that sorted. In the end, none of the issues I raised were resolved, and the entire experience was pointless.

Ryley is my go to service advisor! He's personable, friendly, knowledgeable, patient and directly communicates. I WILL ONLY ever ask for him, hes got personality for days! Ryley is an asset to this VW location, I could go else where for service, but choose this location because of the amazing customer service and care that I get as a client. Best service experience out of the other dealerships that were closer to my home. As someone who has worked in customer service for over 20 years, this is a HUGE deal to me. He also remembers me everytime I come in! Go see my guy Ryley and get service with a smile. !!
