Other than my uncle, who has taught me everything I know about cars, Eric is literally the best mechanic I know in western mass, he is a legit Honda specialist, along with all the other car types. Eric has repaired my vehicle both when my car was suddenly not working and in need an urgent repair and has also done routine maintenance. He agreed to replace my Subaru alternator after hours that failed on my way home from work, replaced injector wiring damaged by mice, replaced my Toyota Avalon's leaking valve cover gaskets, spark plugs and alternator, performed oil changes, rebuilt Subaru brakes and did some amazing auto body work to cut out body rust. He has always been responsive to my questions and requests and has scheduled work promptly. His rates are more than fair and tend to be less than other shops and dealerships.
