I have been a client of Kavkaz Auto Repair since 2016. All these year Viktor took good care of my two cars. He provided all kind of car services(tire change, oil and filter changes, brake repair etc.) and returned the cars on time. Every time the service was professional and relatively cheaper than the majority of places. A year ago he replaced the engine in my old 2006 Toyota Corolla, and it runs like new. I highly recommend this place.

Their services are great. Recently their replaced engine of my SUV, and it took them two days only. The cost of reasonable. Very satisfied. In fact whenever we have mechanical problems with our vehicles we can come to this place and we will get service no matter how busy they are.

Never use this service!! I brought the car to this workshop with an engine problem (miss fire). the owner-mechanic took the car and I call Uber. The owner called me after 3 hours and said that the problem was with the engine, but he didn’t know specifically and that the car had to be taken to the Cadillac dealership. I called and ordered towing company, came back to the mechanic on Uber. The mechanic took $300 for work he not finished (didn't find the problem). I called the next day to discuss why the mechanic owner charged me $300. the host was very rude, sent me away and dropped the phone. On 11/4/22 I drove to the workshop to find out everything about the $300 bill, but the owner sent me away and tried to throw a bottle of water at me. Never use this service. The car has already been repaired at the dealership.

Bought a Sequoia from a dealer, did not pass inspection because of emergency brakes. Dealer had sequoia taken here for that repair. Upon reinspection, failed for emergency brakes. Could not understand them well as english was not their primary language, so communication was difficult. Would not go back.

This is the only place where I bring my car when something is wrong with it. The people there are nice and friendly, they know what they are doing. I have been there several times with different kinds of concerns. They were able to help me and it was pretty fast. If you want high-quality car service, you need to go there. I highly recommend this place.
