The whole experience was great. Better price compared to the other place, Rob (the guy who worked on my car) noticed things the other shop didn't and did such an amazing job, you can't even tell any work was done. And even washed my car for me! (Which the other shop would have charged me for) My car is a very weird color and Rob made sure to check the paint prior to me bringing it in for it to be fixed. Only took 3 days too. Super happy with my experience and 10/10 would definitely recommend Kaput's and specifically Rob.

The guys here are fun and professional. I wanted to make an appointment to get a mirror replaced but it took more than 2 months for the new part to come in. Meantime my wife discovered water in the truck of her car. They accommodated doing both jobs in the same week and even lowered the price that they quoted on the mirror replacement!!
We had never done business with Kaput's before but with this very positive experience we highly recommend them and will certainly use them again should the need arise!! THANKS GUYS!🙏🇺🇸👍

Excellent service!

They put my previous car up on the lift & looked very closely & carefully before recommending NOT to proceed with body work needed to pass inspection (too much rust in several key areas including floor). I really appreciated their time & honesty.

I went back with my next car when I needed to replace my driver's side mirror after a car hit it. They did a fantastic job matching the paint color!

Absolutely amazing. My car "Henrietta" went in there looking horrible. She came out looking better than the day I bought her. I can't say enough about these guys. I appreciate that they took their time with my car and would absolutely recommend them to anybody.

Kaput’s Auto Body did a great job on fixing the rust under my car. They were able to get me in soon and the service was exceptional. The work was affordable and they completed the job within a day. I would highly recommend them.

I was aliitle taken back from the name at first lol but I am so happy I went there not only did they agree to take my car after several others couldn't . They did an awesome job fixing my steering column and the damage that was done when she was stolen.
