Great service, knowledgeable team. They are honest and helpful. Treat you like they would treat their own family. They replaced our alternator over Thanksgiving and got us in and out on the same day and back on the road. Pricing seemed reasonable / competitive.

These guys have done regular maintenance on three of my vehicles and have saved the day with emergency tire repairs on the spot. They’ve always been courteous and always take the time to explain any issues with my vehicles and offer me multiple pricing options when available. They’ll give it to you straight and will not rip you off either. Ask for Brian or David; they’ll take great care of you!

I took my Chevy Sonic in to fix a coolant leak, in the process of fixing the coolant leak they broke a bolt off in the head, they attempted to extract the bolt, but were unsuccessful. They offered to replace the engine or head but quoted me $9K and $5K. They then charged me for the work they had completed before destroying my head. I drove the car in and had to get it towed home, so that’s not quite what I was expecting. Considering legal action.

I never have to go back twice. They get done right and will tell you first if they can not before working on your vehicle. They friendly and will chat you making you feel at home. They are patient and explain what is wrong, why, how, and solutions for the problem. Thru will brake down prices with you so you understand where the cost is coming from. If they know a place that can help you when they can't they'll tell you as well as give the place a call to be sure you can be seen. If they are busy they'll give you a name, number and location so you call a head. Highly recommend to those that want it done right.

Brought my vehicle in for new tires and they had the work completed within the hour. They also took care of rebate filing and made sure I was fully informed of all the benefits that came with having my tires installed there. Super helpful, super polite. Will definitely visit again for future needs.

I was a fan of this place but not no more. I have a good review 7 months back but that is no more. I walked in at 5:50 with a low tire pressure issue. Thinking I had a slow leak, which they help me with before. I walked in and explained what was going on and his reply was, “We can check the pressure but getting it fixed will not happen. We close at 6:00p” I stated, “You can keep it!” And walked out. You still open! I’m willing to get an issue fixed with you and pay you for it because I needed to get on the highway early in the morning. Very poor customer service!

Brian the store manager was excellent to work with! Had my truck towed there early Saturday morning and he did everything to accommodate my schedule (3rd shifter) to make sure I could pick it up if it got finished that day! He stayed late due to my wife’s schedule and allowed us to pick it up! Great service and outstanding customer service, the best I’ve ever experienced! Kansasland has a customer for life now!
