Such an incredible experience at Juggernaut Glass this evening with the incredible Noah! His passion for glass work is shown so artistically the way he shapes and works the glass. I brought my mother and her sisters tonight for a special thing to do for the fall and we all created our own one of a kind pumpkins! They all came out so well, I personally will definitely be back to do more projects at Juggernaut as I feel like I have unlocked a new interest for sure. Thank you for such a memorable fun night Noah!

Great experience! The private glassblowing class for two was well worth it. The instructor Dawson was very knowledgeable and patient with us. The communications prior to the class start with Mark was great. Highly recommend!

Had a great time flame working here. I dropped by on short notice and the owner (Mark) was able to fit me in right away and gave me a personal mushroom pendant lesson. Highly recommend!

We had a group of 8 doing a glass blowing class. Our instructors were patient and very informative. Even though it was hard, it was fun, and a great experience. I’m looking forward to seeing our masterpieces!

Went for a 2 hour glass bead making class with Noah. He was amazing and such a friendly and helpful guy! During the class, the owner Mark called another student in our class aside, granted I do not know the details, he seemed to act in a manner that made the person cry when they came back. Noah was also very impressive in calming this person down and showing them how to make more elaborate things. Regardless of the conversation with the owner, they seemed to act in a way that was not professional for any business owner. I get this is a glass blowing studio but improving customer service would be a huge plus. Came off really bad from an outsider perspective and I would not recommend this place due to that happening.

Recently took a private class with my mom on pumpkins/ ornaments and had a great time. Madeline’s teaching skills are phenomenal! She is able to give excellent direction for you to complete the task on your own. Highly recommended! Already signed up for another 😉

Noah my instructor was absolutely amazing but the owner (Mark) was so incredibly rude to me that he made me cry. I was asking for clarification on some emails (which I had to nudge about in email 3x for a response) and when I explained how his response sounded like an affirmation to my question he said he “didn’t have to explain anything to me” and told me to get back to my lesson. It was so rude and I just wanted to understand. I really wasn’t expecting to be spoken to that way which is why it upset me so much. I would definitely come back if I knew the owner wouldn’t be there. I’m sure there’s other places in the valley that do other glassblowing lessons so I’ll look out for those instead.

Edit: I can’t respond to your comment but that’s literally not what I asked but sure, frame it in whichever way makes you feel better about your actions.

What a fun new thing to do. Took my Children here as a Birthday surprise outing and we really enjoyed the new experience. Instructors were polite knowledgeable encouraging and followed COVID guidelines. Congrats! I will be back for a date night with my husband!
