What a great studio! First of all, it is in on Main Street in Webster, MA. For some reason it comes up on Google searches as being in CT.
Bonnie, the owner, has created a warm and welcoming place. Her classes have been right on target with instruction for someone like me who is new to Yoga and has some back issues, without taking anything away from the regular class. Another instructor, Donnie, leads a really good class, too. Plenty of class times through the week. I'd tried Yoga elsewhere and there wasn't much in the way of actually showing and teaching the moves, so I'm very happy here.

I have been taking Yoga classes with Bonnie for over a year now. What I love about Bonnie is that she offers a variety of classes. I have practiced yoga for 15 years and was able to challenge myself with Aerial Yoga and most recently Paddle board Yoga. These were both challenging classes but Bonnie's guidance made it easy and I left feeling very strong and proud of myself.

I have also taken some non-yoga classes including her Nappy Hour which is an incredibly stress reducing 90 minute session that is perfect for anyone looking to give or receive the gift of self care.

Her Visioning Workshop was one of the most amazing experiences I've had at her studio. I took this two part class at the beginning of 2020 and with her knowledge and guidance, created a vision board of my goals and dreams. In the last 6 months, many of my aspirations have manifested and I was amazed it happened so soon. I am still in awe of what this class has given me during this incredibly hard year.

What a great addition to Webster!!! I have been going to the Joyasanah studio multiple times a week since October 2018 and I still LOVE it! Since the studio's move to Webster in September 2019, Joyasanah remains one of the few "happy places" in my life. Self-care is extremely important in my life due to my profession as well as medical conditions, and the classes offered at Joyasanah provide the perfect balance of calm/meditation with strength-building exercise that I need. Every week, I participate in various classes from yoga with essential oils, yoga+dance, aerial yoga, and even Zumba! Joyasanah even hosts fun activities like outdoor yoga with nature walks, "zenathons," rock painting, numerology classes, Reiki training, and even yoga retreats!! Bonnie does an amazing job with creating a calm, welcoming space to get centered, get stronger, and get connected with yourself and new friends. Thank you, Bonnie, and don't stop what you're doing ♡
