Had over $400 worth of work done to make it so the car could be towed home due to a divorce. I specifically requested the car be aligned, it was not. Car almost hit garage because they didn't install brake pads on one side. Several fasteners were only hand tight. The icing on the cake? When I get it to my house and fix the brakes, the ball joints were rubbing on the rotors. Turns out they installed them alright, upside down and backwards! The ribbed metal needs to point downward, and on my car, it's pointing up.

Took a car here for an alignment. Got it back and wasn't satisfied so I asked them to check it again. They said sure, got it back again. Still had a pull. Mind you I had marked my tie-rod ends with paint mark. So I asked them if they had any luck and they said yeah we actually had to torche the tie rods to beak them free. I was very suspicious of this already because it was a new car. So I asked if they seen the paint marks. He didn't like that one bit he got mad and told me to leave gave me my money back and never bring my business back. After being lied to anyways multiple time I had 0 intentions of bring anything back anyways

Jones County Tire is amazing!!

I’m on a 1000 mile road trip. And I had some car problems. I called their shop 30 minutes before they opened. Warren was willing to help me before they opened and got me back on the road in less than a hour.

To me there’s nothing like hospitality and small communities. I will forever be greatful for the experience at Jones County Tire Co. Inc.

On our way home from vacation, we noticed our trailer tires are low. We stopped at Jones County Tire. Hopping they were open due to being Saturday. They weren't opened but the owner happens to be there. (Assuming he was the owner) He didn't hesitate for once to help. He turned on all the garage lights and the air compressor to fill our tires. We offered him money for his time. He refused. I recommend Jones County Tire for everyone. Convenienced located right off the highway 151/64 township of Anamosa.

I found that everyone was most helpful. Tried several auto shops before this one and always got taken advantage of and horrible quality repairs. Here they were honest and even helped find out what was wrong and how I wanted to go about fixing. Instead of making up or scaring me to do more than needed.Ive been a repeat customer 4 times now and always been helped promptly and repairs have been solid. Nice family small town hardworking business. Highly satisfied with repairs and tires...
