Super nice and honest.
I thought the squeaking in my brakes meant they were ready for a change. After dropping my car with Dennis, he took a look and told me the brakes actually had a lot of life left and the squeaking was just from the cold and I didn't need to change them out. He joked he'd love to take the money switching them out, but it wasn't necessary. Still had him do some other work (oil and winter tire changeover). Asked him to hunt for anything else since my car was already in the shop, but found nothing immediate, just something small to probably look at next time.
Great experience. Will be back again.

This is a family owned business. Jones Automotive is my Sister and Brother-in-laws business. They have been servicing cars for years and just recently opened up their own shop here in Shirley, Ma. They both are involved in our local community volunteering with youth programs in town. They are hard working and their shop is where you will find great service and honesty. They truly care about your safety and satisfaction. Wishing them great success with their new business!

This is Veteran owned business and Dennis is awesome. I had some sudden car work that needed to be done, and he was able to help me quickly. He genuinely seems to love what he does and I will be using him do work on all our cars in the future.

Excellent service. I’d gotten sick prior to my scheduled appointment, fortunately I live next door to the garage. They picked my car up, diagnosed and repaired the problem in a timely manner, then returned it. I don’t look forward to any future problems, but I will bring my business to Jones Automotive when they do arise.

My alternator failed on me the day before I was to drive 11+hours. To say I was panicking is an understatement! Dennis really went out of his way to help me! I brought my car right over, he correctly diagnosed the problem, and fit me in same day. And the topper- he followed up to make sure everything worked out. Thank you! It was a great experience.

Dennis did an amazing job fixing my car he did not give me a bogus price it was very reasonable and fair he also went ahead and replaced one of my tire sensors because they were bad. He truly took his time to care for my vehicle and fix it for a reasonable price will definitely be going back!
