He is not a good mechanic. He has no honesty and trying to rip you off!! I took my car to JMF for a noise was coming under my car.First of all he made me changed rear wheels bearings and i paid around $700.When i got back my car noise was still existing.I told Francisco" Did u take test drive before you changed the bearings. He said yes. i didn't believe him.He told me bring the car let me check out.I took back my car to his shop and he told me i need to change my all tires rotors break pads cv joint axel and two tires.I refused to change the tires and he made other changes on my car.in the and He made me pay $2000 in two days out of my pockets and didn't solve my noise problem. He ripped me off! He says I have been doing this job since 36 years. How come you can't diagnose the problem and make me spend two thousand dollars in two days and my problem still remains same!

We stopped in after hearing a strange sound from the car. Turned out we needed new brakes 😵‍💫. The team was SUPER friendly, including showing us the damage with a flashlight, explains the issue, and being really clear about pricing. They started work right away and had us back on the road within 2 hours. Highly recommend!

DO NOT GO! Fixed on a Saturday to keep car running, but also each time get in car don't know how it will be. Car broke down one minute after new distributor put in had to push car back to shop; then two master cylinders - both bad, he tried to sell me a new clutch for $800 instead of fix his work! I had to take to other shop to diagnose after car wouldn't run for two months; now ABS light on after ball joint replacement and he won't acknowledge or fix it. Just brought to get used tires and instead of putting the tires on my rims he took my nice rims, put some old beat up rims on my car and tried to thief my rims without telling me!

I thought was saving money but in the end extra costs and lost time. He moves too fast, doesn't drive car before or after fixes to see what's wrong and you cant explain issues. On top of it - he said, "doesn't want to hear any complaints."

I will go up the street from now on to mechanics that care to listen, act like you are a valued customer and are competent. This is not a professional operation.

...oh yea and when I went to pick up my car another guy was screaming at him for apparently screwing up his truck too.

Update 4/20/24: the tire they sold me blew out and Hogan Tire said it was old and no good!
Update 1/8/2025
The four tires he sold me go flat every month and need to fill up at Valvoline.
Francis said, "I can keep them" and laughed. Bad mechanic who doesn't honor his work.

I got not only a GREAT price but also prompt quality work. I ordered shocks and strut assemblies online to do the work myself after Honda Village quoted $800 for rear shocks (with a straight face) and $1500 for front struts. I got the struts for $120 each on rockauto and did the rear shocks myself. One look at the struts up front and I knew that I needed help.

Francisco quoted a great price, took my car in the next morning and completed the work before noon. I got a call shortly after the work began regarding the sway bar linkage. I suspected that it would need to be replaced. The day before I got a quote on that exact part at the dealer for three times what Francisco charged me, for Moog parts.

I sold cars for almost 30 years and I do some of my own work. I had quotes all over the place from $700 to $500... I had one that was a little bit under $300 that was for labor but that did not include the sway bar linkage which would have come up and probably been more expensive...

When the work was completed while the car was still on the lift Francisco did an undercarriage inspection with me pointing out some things that I found to be very valuable.

If you're shopping price for routine maintenance it's going to be hard to beat this shop. As far as the quality of the work, I couldn't be more pleased, I watched the work being done and driving the car after completion was like night and day.

Alan also assisted Francisco. They're both skilled and very friendly.

My son was having significant issues with his car. AAA put a new battery in a month ago but multiple times since then the car hasn’t started. AAA has jump started the car 4-5 times. I finally spoke with the team at JMF and arranged for my son to swing by. They took one look at the car and immediately saw the problem and fixed it. In less than 3 minutes. And didn’t charge us! Incredible service.
