Trustworthy, respectful, knowledgeable, professional. If you need a mechanic, you found it. Called in about a possible warranty issue with my air conditioner. Jeremy, over the phone, went thru all the possibilities that it could have been. Sent over my warranty information and set up an appointment quickly and easily.

When I arrived, I was quickly attended to and my car was in the shop being diagnosed. I was able to witness him and his crew attention to detail while working on my car and within minutes he knew the problem. A simple recharge of my system. Jeremy took time to answer all my questions and explain how the process worked and after reviewing my warranty information stated that it was not going to be covered and he could do the work that day. Waited about an hour due to the time it actually takes for a AC recharge to take place and was on my way.

Was going to take my issue back to the dealership and I am glad I did not. I would have had to pay $170 for a diagnostic fee and $600-$800 more for the actual work and been without my car for 2-3 days. I saved money and time coming to J&J.

J&J Car Care Center is a Great place to maintain car. I came there on Tuesday to let them inspect my Honda Odyssey 2015 and then replace spark plugs. They are friendly, trustworthy and professional in their job, price acceptable. I really please and will be back. Thank you all. In the middle of a cross country trip is not the time you ever want to deal with a vehicle emergency. But we had to this week. Johna and Jeremy were awesome. So kind, so thoughtful, so helpful. They got us back on the road quickly and they didn’t overcharge us or try to take advantage of us in anyway. So nice to know there are still good people doing business in the car repair industry that are honest, trustworthy, and not just out for their customer’s money.

They don't take payment plans which is the only downfall, but they took me home after dropping my vehicle off and picked me back up when it was done. I had a new radiator put in and haven't overheated at all since. I will be calling them in the future for all my automotive needs.

I brought my truck to them after dumping so so much money into it thru a different shop, I was admittedly a little reluctant because of the experience from the other shop but I was happily surprised. Customer service was great and services as well. I am over the moon happy and will definitely be bringing my vehicle to them from now on and will also tell everyone else how amazing they are.
