Jed Wymore taught all three of my sons to play guitar. He is very knowledgeable and skilled instructor. They took lessons from him for several years starting as a young child through high school. He taught them acoustic, electric and bass guitar skills. They still play guitar today as adults and enjoying playing.

Jed gets 5 stars from me and I would highly recommend taking guitar lessons with him!
I work all the time and decided to take up a hobby. I have always talked about playing the guitar and found the idea of taking on another “task” would only stress me out more so I just kept putting it off. I’ve been taking guitar lessons with Jed since January 4, 2024 and all I can say is that it has been an incredible experience. I’m a newbie of course, and Jed has been nothing but low-key and patient with me. His ability to structure the lessons and communicate/translate his skills and knowledge to me have been remarkable. I practice my homework almost every single day and I am improving each week through his teaching abilities. Having an instructor that can play the guitar is great but having one that actually has the ability to teach you everything he knows is rare. Jed Wymore taught my granddaughter guitar when she lived in Kansas. When she moved here to Virginia there were other opportunities for lessons, but we both knew he was the best for her so she continued it virtually. He is professional, flexible when needed, and punctual. He installs a love for playing as well as teaching the theory and basics that are so important if a person wants to truly be the best guitarist they can be.

Jed is a wonderful! He has been teaching our 10 year old daughter guitar via zoom for two years. We have been amazed at how much she has learned through his 30 minute sessions, and enjoy watching her gain a skill she can use throughout her life.
