I am not happy at all with my photos or the photographer. My photos were not up to my standards the photographer wasn't personable and she was very bland and she didn't use props nothing. my son wasn't even thrilled about it. Sonya is usually my photographer but she was leaving and I was disappointed I should've of rescheduled but we need them done for Christmas.

We waited to see them as we waited a couple a family of 4 (American family) walked in and the photographer was very nice to them happy laughing everything so right there just made me feel a way. Like did you not like I'm a single hispanic mother or what. But anyways we get to see our pictures they were terrible the poses everything I couldn't look at the pictures of myself. But I needed them so I just said I will get the digital album since I needed them quick. I ended getting that. So I ended up getting an email stating my photos are ready for view I go click on the link no photos. I call and they say oh thats if you didn't get an album ok. So fast forward Monday afternoon still no photos. Now it's Christmas Eve and I don't have photos and the poor lady that's there I called to let her know and she just bawled her eyes out because she was overwhelmed. I felt so bad for her. But I called corporate and opened a ticket but I really want my refund and an apology

Now that Sonya has left, it’s not worth visiting this location.

The girl who took our photos this year is not good with kids. She didn’t ask their names. Our preschooler was not thrilled to be there, but a good photographer like Sonya has always been able to be silly and pull him out of a nervous mood. This was not the case this time around. It went from bad to worse.

We usually get at least 3 good family photos and a few good individual photos. She didn’t take any of the kids separately. Im comparing this years photos to the last three years, and im really sad. JC penny should have done everything they could to keep Sonya. I don’t think we will be back.

Great experience! My photographer was Sonya, and she was no short of AMAZING! Excellent costumer service, great energy, and awesome with the baby! You can really tell she enjoys what she does. My one year old was not cooperating the best and Sonya went above and beyond to make sure we got great photos! I saw her interaction with the customer before and after me and I can tell she try’s to always do her best work. I really felt she needed to be recognized, as a previous experience wasn’t bad but was not this top tier service. When I need more photos I will definitely be booking with her!

We LOVE NAOMI! she is super patient with my three year old daughter and gets great pictures despite the chaos. i would highly recommend requesting her!

Sonya is the only thing good about this place. She should have her own studio, seriously. Jcpenney doesn't deserve her. She is a wonderful photographer and wonderful person who cares about her customers like family. She creates memories that last a lifetime and she does it all with the corporate world on her shoulders. Thank you for everything.

Went for Christmas pictures for my little one. Easy and fun process! Pamela did great with getting my baby to look at the camera and the photos turned out great. The digital album was emailed to me within just a few hours. Glad I booked!

This is our 3rd time getting our family photos done and this is the first time I’ve ever been this unhappy and dissatisfied. We normally get Sonja as our photographer but she was busy with another customer. So we were seen by another photographer and I do not like any of the photos that were taken. Some of the body parts are cut off, some of the props are cut out, the photos aren’t clear and they just look rushed. Also, the photographer kept complaining about the focusing on her camera that it was off and we kept having to stop so she can readjust the lighting because she knew those photos were not turning out right but she preceded on taking the photos instead of being honest that her camera wasn’t working right. The photos aren’t crisp at all and some are even blurry. I’m so unhappy with what I purchased. Ms Sonja tried her best to re-edit but it all has to do with how the photos were taken in general. I think this will be the last time my family and I will be taking photos here if it’s not by Ms Sonja!

Always a good and fun experience for us. Usually go twice a year to get kid and family photos. Sonya has been photographing my child since birth. She is fun and relates well with kids to get the best out of them.
