as a general rule i’d rather stand outside in a blizzard than go through the process of buying a car. i found the car i wanted online, sent a message, and the next morning before 9am i was on my way there to meet with Josh. i was on a tight schedule and i told Josh that from the start- and he was confident we could make a trade in/new car purchase happen with plenty of time to spare.

the process was smooth, no BS, no back and forth. when i said “no”, it was respected. i spoke with the sales manager and the finance manager and they were both very kind.

the finance manager was able to get me a better APR than the pre approval i arrived with, which was a great surprise. the trade in deal was totally fair and painless.

i *love* my car for the first time and it’s such a fun feeling. i highly recommend these guys for a quick & easy car buying experience! thank you josh & co!

PS- i left with plenty of time to spare for my busy day 🙂

The service department is top notch. I'd rate them up there with any service department in the country. Their timeliness, professionalism and efficiency are beyond 5 stars. When it's time for me to buy a new Chevy I'll look at Jay Hatfield first just because of the top notch service I get every time from the Service Department.

I would encourage anyone looking to buy an EV do so from a Jay Hatfield dealership because they offer fast free charging at their dealerships. This is the only Chevrolet dealership doing this around here and it’s extremely simple to use just plug and play! Thank you Jay Hatfield!!!
