My car had transmission issues and was towed here. Jeremy was extremely pleasant to speak with and super genuine. He also went above and beyond to attempt to discover the issues with my car. The other staff were also great and very kind/compassionate. Would highly recommend to anyone!

If I could give this place zero stars I would. They kept my dads truck for over a year with every excuse under the sun. Lie after lie after lie. They never did finish the job, hell they never even started the job. If you can’t do a job, that’s fine…just have the decency to say it so they could take their truck somewhere that could. And as far as it not being fixable, that is not true. It was appreciated that the hours and the tow to the dealership was appreciated after having it a year. It took Sternberg’s 3 days to have it fixed and back on the road

Amazing service. We were from out of town and stranded. Jeremy and Darren went above and beyond by coming to us (with two mechanics down), knew what the issue was. Fixed it to get family back to the campground safely, they ordered the part and fixed it the next day. While fixing the truck they realized our tire belt was broken - saved us from pulling it with the camper, put on the spare and we were road ready again!!! Can not express my gratitude enough.

On a family vacation we got a screw in our tire. Within less than an hour the tire was fixed and we were back to having fun! What could’ve been a vacation nightmare is now only memorable because of the fast and friendly service from the Jaw’s crew. Thanks for saving the day, Jeremy!

I shredded a belt on the highway, hours from home and everyone I know, in a black car in 90 degree weather. Roadside assistance would have taken hours and was trying to take me to a mechanic that hadn’t been in business for 2 years! I called every shop I could find and they were all closed or closing. Finally I was referred to JAWS. They towed me, found the parts, and had me fixed up and on the road again in less than 2 hours. A young man named Jesus stayed after hours to work on my car and did a wonderful job! They told me he was still training, but I never would have known! Didn’t even charge me for having to come in late. Very professional, honest pricing, and all around decent people. THANK YOU JESUS AND JAWS COLLISION!!
