Dino and his staff are by far the best in the business. He is fair, honest, timely, and he will do everything in his power to fix whatever it is so that you can get back on the road. Dino is Fantastic! He has serviced 3 generations of our families cars, He is part of our Family. I and others will wait (because He's sooo busy) and not let anyone else touch our cars! This is my second time coming to this place, but this time it was for an exhaust/muffler replacement. Dino fixed my 2013 Lexus in a couple of hours, and now the ride feels like it’s brand new. He also fastened the loose heat shields next to the mufflers. The dealerships would never do that for me. Dino’s skills are elite, top tier, and he is definitely the best in the business. On the recommendation of a co-worker, I took my Kia in for a brake job. Later Dino called and asked if I could come in so he could show me what needed to be done (I work close by). He and his service guy showed me what he was going to do, he gave a great price and a few hours later, I was safely on the road. Dino is a great guy, very honest and upfront with you. I highly recommend Japanese Motors. He doesn't take credit cards-cash or check, which was no problem.

I have been going to Dino for 20 years. He is an amazing mechanic, extremely honest and very reasonable in his fees. I do not want to go anywhere else, so I will continue to purchase Japanese cars as that is what he prefers to work on. Love this shop and all my kids go to him now.

At Japanese Motors, you will get the best car service around. Dino and Brian are both honest and excellent mechanics and they take pride in their work. What I find most compelling is they never do work you don't need and they are very straightforward about the repairs they are doing. They will go out of their way to consider your financial needs and they believe (like I wish other mechanics would) that if they treat you right, you will come back again. I drive from the northshore for their service and I highly recommend their shop.
