As a woman, I’m always weary of where I choose for my car to get serviced. Jack’s is the BEST- fair prices, service done so quick (like under two hours quick!), and the staff are always very friendly.

WAS My favorite gas station that I come to get all my past 5 cars now 6th car inspected for the last 10 years, also passed my TNC inspection 2 month ago and now I tried to get my inspection sticker, they refused bc of the tint on my windshield is not to the owners liking in length so they told me to go somewhere else. My tint was done legally by a reputable tint company to only 6 inches down from the lining of the glass tint, the owner didn't even measure to assure and just glanced at it then told her inspection minion (never like the guy. He was always seem too nice; people like that talk shit behind your back and have no back bone ) to refuse me.

I come here for all my gas and legal registration for over 10+ years and this straw today just broke the camels back...F this place; BUT I love my gas pump guys there, all fine gentlemen's! Just don’t do your inspections there!

In response to the owner, I did tell your minion that it is done 6in by a reputable tint company; and YOU ALSO already passed the TNC on this car 2 month ago. You minion responded with “well the boss made the call on this”.

And YOU just ASSUMED and didn’t measure it, which just ticked me off!!! The car went in the garage and 2 seconds it came out.

So my business goes to my Honda dealer in Burlington (at least I’m a VIP there) from now on and I’m going back to SIMON’S GAS for good!!!

I needed an emergency repair, like the car was not drivable repair. The mechanic at Jacks gave me an extremely good price, and had the repair done by 11am the next day for exactly what he quoted. This was a situation where they could easily of taken advantage of my situation, but instead I got a better price than I probably would have gotten anywhere else. I will be going there for more of my maintenance and repairs from now on.

These folks are the nicest, quickest, and least mansplaining group of mechanics I’ve encountered. You don’t need an appointment for small things like fixing a flat, just show up. So lucky to have them in the neighborhood.
