Intuitive wellness has so much to offer. I have worked with Laura for a few years now after I was having issues with my knees and lower back. She has helped me strengthen specific muscle groups which has resolved my knee and lower back pain. She has extensive knowledge of anatomy and exercises. She helps me correct my positioning so that I get the best workouts possible. She is always able to adapt exercises to accommodate my body and has put together a training program for me that I can easily continue at home. Laura is so kind and she makes exercising fun! Often I am laughing during my workouts making the time fly by! I highly recommend giving intuitive wellness a try! You can’t go wrong with any of the trainers or specialists!!! They are all amazing humans!!!

Such an inclusive and motivating environment! The trainers tailor each workout to your goals and they ensure proper form to help you gain strength, endurance and stability. They also make it fun! I’ve been going for almost 2 years now and my favorites are the personal training, duos and Pilates. Would highly recommend.

Tim Shaw is totally skilled in eradicating Pain! In 2015 I tore my Right Rotator Cuff.At that time surgery was not an option for an uninsured!! So I have been managing pain with my own trigger point therapy. Recently I tweaked my shoulder/arm good!! . Tim in one session got rid of it! My work as a Massage Therapist myself demands Constant use of my hands,arms,body! I after seeing Tim managed 14 massages! and still....pain free. Thank you so much Tim

BEST! They offer a wide range of services and equipment but the biggest reason for recommending them is the people- from the two female owners to the skilled trainers everyone is super nice. I look forward to my sessions there every week.

My wife and I have been clients for years, the people here really know what they’re doing, and help us stay safe and healthy. We focus on functional strengthening that enables us to stay active without getting injured. Can’t say enough about the friendly and respectful atmosphere. Just took my first class at Intuitive Wellness and it was fabulous. Becca, our instructor, was a high energy, positive coach who explained proper form for each exercise, paid careful attention during the workout, and cheered us on when things got challenging. It was a warm, friendly environment with small classes and a caring community. The workout was easily adapted to meet all needs and levels, and it was a lot of fun!
