My long time mechanic who worked out of his fully capable garage retired just as my 5 year warrantee was expiring. So I was a bit apprehensive about identifying a new mechanic. Import Autowerks in my first visit allayed all my concerns and have me a bit giddy about patronizing them with my BMW maintenance and repairs. John and everyone else were responsive, informative and timely in our interactions. It's early, but my opinion is your business is run very professionally and I already would recommend it to anyone looking for high quality car service.

Absolutely phenomenal shop. I had an infuriating electrical issue with my 2003 e46 M3 that NO other shop could fix. It was a sysaphian headache that seemed like would never resolve, no matter how much money or time i threw at it. Enter Import Autowerks. These guys went at the problem like Sherlock Holmes and within a week it was resolved. Professional, talented, technically adept, and super experienced in all things BMW. I literally cannot recommend them highly enough.

Must say This place is Great. Very honest and ethical group of people working there. Identified a problem that was misdiagnosed by a previous shop and Identified another problem that needed to be address but fixing both was still several hundred dollars cheaper than what other shop wanted to fix which was not the problem. The service was great. Had my car several days now and car us running great. Thank You Ross and team. Highly recommended.
