A few hours on a Friday before pulling out for a weekend horse show, we realized our A/C wasn’t working in our living quarters horse trailer. We called I75 RV and they got us in within 15 minutes, ran diagnostics, and fixed A/C. Luckily, it was just the fan froze up. They sent us on our way quickly and didn’t even charge us! Kudos to an amazing company with great customer service and qualified employees!

If you’re looking for a place to have your RV worked on with people that are reliable, kind, fair, honest, and willing to take the time to educate. This is your place!!! Everyone who owns a camper knows there’s always things that need to be repaired. We were having a repair somewhere else we’ve spent thousands and thousands and of dollars over the past few years. This particular place had our camper for five months since November. I started communicating with them a lot in February leading up to our spring break. In March all I asked was that it was ready to go to Florida safely and that we had water and AC. When we finally got the RV back 5 days before our spring break trip, our water faucet was busted and our propane/carbon monoxide detector doing that annoying beep. I called Curtis in a panic and he got us in the next morning. He told me where to go to buy our RV kitchen faucet, and he personally replaced it and fixed our carbon monoxide propane detector the next day!!! We have never used their company before, and he didn’t know us. I think he felt sorry for us and saved our families vacation. If you’re not a mechanic. You’re at the mercy of your service provider and you have to trust what they’re are selling you. I know now we were being ripped off and will never return. This will be the ONLY place that will be working on our camper. Integrity, honesty and quality work are number one us. Curtis we can’t thank you enough.

So thankful for Patrick and the team over at i75 RV Repair. Our Sunnybrook camper began to develop leaks in two spots because we hadn't kept the roof covered or sealed properly. i75 RV replaced our roof and saved our camper just in time for Hurricane Helene to come through KY. The only thing on our property that didn't leak was the roof recently put on by i75 RV. Professional, punctual, kind and reasonably priced. Doesn't get much better than that. #i75RV #dry. Friday afternoon while preparing to leave for the weekend of horse shows we realized the air conditioner in our new Lakota RV was not working. With the forecast for temps to be close to 100 degrees going without air was not an option. Lakota dealer was to far away for a quick solution. I called I 75 RV and asked if they would have time to perform a diagnostic to determine the problem. When I pulled in they immediately went to work and within a half an hour had me on my way with a functioning air conditioner. I have used I 75 RV in the past and have always had good service but this was exceptional!

I scheduled my work in advance and they were more than accommodating! The work was done as planned and a couple extra things were noted and fixed at no extra charge. The work was done professionally and everything was cleaned up when done. I highly recommend this place as the place to get your RV repairs done in Northerner Kentucky. You won't be disappointed!

We were traveling and our slide wouldn’t come in. We got it in manually and then started calling for a new motor. I75 said they had one and could install it the next day. It turned out to be a bigger job than expected but they fixed it right and got us back on our way. Very knowlegable and friendly staff! I don’t know the young man’s name but he was great!
