My daughter and I just joined Hotworx last month and we are both obsessed! The staff in Tyngsborough has been outstanding! They explained everything clearly, have been very accessible, and provide amazing customer service. The location is super clean and we love the variety of workouts and sometimes the benefits of just sitting in the sauna. Not only do we feel amazing but we both have experienced better sleep almost immediately. Thank you Diane and Evan for this great experience!

I love working out at Hotworx. You really get a good workout. I like doing yoga, Pilates, and many other classes that they offer w/ virtual instructors. The coolest thing is that it’s 24 hrs. And you schedule a class through an app. Not only you get a great workout but your skin get to detox as well. The facility is very clean and the staffs are super friendly. I would definitely recommend it to all my friends and families members if they haven’t try it. It’s so addicting b/c you can see results within a couple wks.

I absolutely love Hotworx! I love how it’s 24 hours so I can go whenever I want to! I’m a super busy mom of two and going to the regular gyms aren’t practical for me (wait for a machine, spend way too long to even get a workout in, overcrowded, not 24 hours). At Hotworx I can book a sauna room in advance and even see if others end up occupying it! I go in, get my workout in and feel amazing for the rest of my day! I always get a good sweat and burn lots of calories away. If you’re doubting of joining, just do it! Hotworx works for me!!!

I love coming to work out at Hotworx Tyngsboro! The location of the studio is very convenient (right off of the highway.) The flexibility and ease of the 24 hour app helps to scheduled your workout for anyone who has a busy schedule. Classes range from cycling, rowing, pilates, barre and so much more. Each room has a class dedicated to a specific class. There is literally something for everyone! After each workout I feel amazing and I’m already looking to book my next session.

There is science to support heat and its benefits metabolically and cognitively that leads to better health. I have always liked going in saunas and to combine it with exercise is tremendous. Being open 24 hours is extremely convenient for my schedule. HOTWORX Tyngsborough is great and the training/classes helps improve my stretching which I didn't even realize until working out here I needed to improve.

I love Hotworx!! I love the idea of you having access to it 24/7 especially if you have a busy schedule like myself. Staff there are amazingly helpful & friendly. I love that I can sweat myself off, feel energetic & amazing after, always a good night sleep!! So good for your physical & so important for your mental health, the stress reduction had me. Who ever regret after a workout, no one ever!!
