I started at this studio in November and it’s one of the best choices I’ve ever made. I have consistently taken Talia’s class and she is such a bright light. The energy and other students in the class carry an undeniable vibe. I have seen my strength improve and my mental health take strides. This is a studio I look forward to going to every week! Talia’s energy and passion makes this class so incredible! Hard to find the words to describe what an amazing experience it is to take one of her classes! I cannot recommend Talia and her studio enough! I fell in love with the heat and the practice years ago, but the way Talia guides you through the movement and breath is one of a kind. The space and community she has created is magical. Talia is truly talented and inspiring!

Do it! Today I took my first hot yoga class lead by Erin and it was such an amazing experience. The staff is vibrant, welcoming, and encouraging to not only newcomers like myself but all of those in the room. I’m a bigger guy (6’2/260lbs) who goes to the gym regularly so I was a bit worried how I’d do with the positions but the class is so diverse with people of all ages, experience, and body types which put my nerves at ease. Erin did a great job explaining the alternate positions which helped me a lot to stay in sync with the class. Erin’s positive and upbeat personality mixed with her encouragement during class really helped me focus and got me through a HOT hour of yoga. The feeling you get afterwards is unreal that stayed with me all day. I cannot recommend HYED enough to anyone whether you are a first timer, beginner, or experienced. I can’t wait to do it again and SWEAT.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I must. Bikram yoga tends to get a bad wrap because some teachers are brutal. Erin brings the love and nurturing. She rocks! I am so happy to have found this studio and Erin.

Taking Talia’s class on Sunday morning sets the tone for the week ahead. It sets my mind up for success and my body up for anything that needs to be done. Though I have grown to appreciate yoga of the years, I am not a Yogi by default and I still feel welcome here. I look forward to taking any of Talia’s classes when I can!
