I can't say enough good things about Kyle and his team. They communicate, have excellent service, do quality work, go out of their way, always do right by the customer, are a Veteran owned business. This is the way a business should be, they care about the customer and experience. They took amazing car of my wife's car, it is her pride and joy and the damage someone caused to it was heartbreaking, but Kyle brought her car back better than ever! Thanks again Team!

Excellent service. They did all the work. Contacting the Insurance Company for a revised estimate, found and ordered the best parts and repaired the car within days.

No stars, this guy is something else. He charged me over $2000 dollars for my estimate on my Toyota Tundra. Twenty two hundred dollars. Kyle Carver is the owner. He did remove seven bolts to remove my fender, and he said he took a lot of pictures.
I feel like it's illegal to charge this much for an estimate, but he refused not only to give my money back but refused to give me any back. When he got back from 2 weeks vacation - wich he charged me storage the whole time I'm sure. He handed me my key and a jump box saying the battery was dead. I had just replace said battery and his dumbest ruined it. Had to replace after HOPKINS COUNTY COLLISION had my tuck.
My truck was the only vehicle there and charging storage like he's needing space?
His website says "leading body shop in Madisonville, and HUDSON AUTOMOTIVE which used to be Hawkins has always been the leading body shop in this AREA period. That's a fact. You know if a guy will put a lie like that on his own website.... I don't think you guys should trust him
I been a mechanic almost 20 years I've never left a review like this anywhere, ever.
Fairly nice guy, but Hawkins did not charge me for a dollar of storage and did my estimate for free. Kyle charged me $2200.00 for an estimate guys.

Was given 1 estimate when we needed a small dent repaired on right side fender.. When we dropped the vehicle off to have the dent repaired- was given a totally different(higher) estimate.. When we went to get vehicle- ended up paying a different(3rd) price.. For a small dent(hardly noticeable)- over $5xx.xx
Suppose to receive veteran discount as advertised on the website-- not stated on the overall cost.. And my husband is a 10 yr veteran.. Very very disappointed with this situation. Will take future business elsewhere- should there be a next time
