Really rude and disrespectful. He got upset that I would stop in to ask when I could bring a vehicle in instead of calling. I told him I don't like talking on the phone because I have a hard time communicating with people on the phone and prefer to stop by especially since I often drive past in the morning.

But it was clear he didn't want me to stop by anymore so I started calling and being told to call back tomorrow over and over again until one day he said he might have time to look at it later in the day and he wanted me to clarify the issue over the phone. I tried to explain that my ac in blowing cold air but the cabin doesn't get cold even with both the front and rear on max ac, blowing at full blast I expect it to get so cold I'd have to turn the ac lower like in the other vehicles I owned in the past.

I don't know if he didn't understand, but that was the only way I could explain it, maybe I was speaking when he was trying to speak and he got upset I don't know but he called me a prick under his breath or with the phone away from his mouth but I could hear it clearly, he told me it sounded like it was doing it's job and that I shouldn't expect it to get really cold inside the cabin and he would call me back later.

I get that he is busy and only has two lifts that seem to usually be in use but to be called a prick like that when I felt like I was being respectful, calm and patient with him was upsetting for me.

I really wish we could give negative stars because I'd give a -2

Larry is the man! I was having exhaust issues and my check engine light kept coming on. The dealership quoted me at $4100 for the repair. I took it to Larry and he diagnosed the issue in one day, ordered the part and installed it the next day. Only $340! He is quick and transparent with what he is doing to the vehicle.
