I put this as a 5 star review have it be on top of the reviews when people look up hi tech automotive. I really would have given them no stars. I own a construction co. And my truck w is my life line. I was having issues with the truck and emphasized such to hi tech. They told me they would run some diagnostics. I get a call a couple hours later that I need a compression test. I said that's fine. A few hours later I get a call saying the compression test is done. Little did they know I sat across the street all day and not only did they not do a compression test on it. They didn't even pull it in to the shop. When I arrived they said it would be 300 bucks for the compression test. I said you guys didn't even do the compression test. Try replied yes we did. So I asked them for the test results. They said we don't do that. Then how much compression did I have in each of the cylinders and they replied. The bad 1 had 0 compression. Which seemed odd. It would have some compression. Even if it was low. I was not happy and said i wouldn't pay. They would not release vehicle without payment. I payed the bill and the icing on the cake. On the receipt it said f250 5.4 v8. The funny part was I have a 6.8 v10. If they actually did a compression test. They would know how many cylinders I have. DO NOT GO TO high tech automotive.

I recently had my vehicle inspected back on 11/1/2024. I waited. Fast service. Just be there early. Very busy place.

They are the best car mechanic around. They might be a little bit more pricey, but I feel so safe and secure with them taking care of my car and they always have time to fit me in the guys at the front desk are really kind as I am a mom and they totally make sure my car is safe.

I spent a couple years taking care of my parents in Norton. These folks did right by us, time and time again.

My sister had her van towed into high-tech with a no-start condition, Mike and his team attempted to jump the van and stated they looked at it. Mike called and said that would be $70 for a half hour of labor and that if we wanted him to go further it would cost $250 for a new battery and $280 for 2 hours of additional diagnostics.

Luckily, my sister had the good sense to call me because she was feeling that she was about to get ripped off. I was able to grab my jumper cables, gas can, and some seafoam. Turns out the van was out of gas and the parking lights were left on so that drained the battery. After a couple of cans of gas and a jump the van was running beautifully.

Be careful at this place, they’re looking to make a buck and not really concerned about the truth. I fear women are especially targeted. Never again!!!

The owner I believe his name was Mike was not helpful. He quoted me diagnostics for around $500. He didn’t seem interested in helping me. He or one of auto mechanics opened the hood jumped the battery. Mike told me I need a new battery. He also said it was running very “rough” and that it was spewing black spoke out of the exhaust. It wasn’t. My brother and I put gas in it jumped it and drove it home with no issues. I absolutely would not recommend Hitech to anyone.

Been bringing my cars here for years and they do great work. Never had an issue with the quality or service, and they are honest and will tell you if you don't need something or there's a cheaper fix. Highly recommend
