A good service experience for a difficult replacement of the car's transfer case. This was the second transfer case for the car in 82,000 miles (20,000 miles since the first recall replacement) and Sudbury BMW tried to get this covered under a warranty. While they were unable to do this they kindly took a few $100 off the cost. Car runs well now and hopefully this new transfer case will last longer than the last one. Throughout this tough process which was made even more difficult by Christmas and New Years holidays and illnesses of many service techs, our service advisor Breanna was always helpful and supportive making this a good service experience overall.

Very professional and efficient. My car was towed to this dealership due to an unknown problem. As soon as the car arrived there, I got the call from Edward who is my advisor assigned to handle my case . I was politely told that he has a loaner ready for me to drive during the period of my car in the garage. And it took only one business day the mechanic fixed the problem and I am all set to go back to pick up my car. Highly recommended this dealership for people love BMW.

I cannot express enough how grateful I am for the outstanding service I received from Laura Prodell at BMW Sudbury. She was not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also resourceful, taking the time to explain in detail what was wrong with my car and why each of the recommended repairs by BMW car specialists was necessary.
What truly set Laura apart was her dedication to ensuring I understood everything and her willingness to go the extra mile. She advocated for me when I was having difficulties with another BMW location and even took the time to voice my concerns to her superiors on my behalf. I’ve never felt so well taken care of at a dealership before.
Laura made me feel comfortable and understood, especially as this is my first new BMW. She was able to relate to my situation, offering unwavering support and guidance every step of the way. I am beyond appreciative of her efforts, as well as the entire staff at BMW Sudbury and their GM. Their hard work will never go unnoticed! Thank you all for making this experience exceptional.

My was amazing!!! 5 star service and 5 star experience all around. She made sure I was well taken care of, was given the proper information, timelines and updates along the way. I felt very confident in her and how knowledgeable she was. My made me feel comfortable that my X5 was in good hands and would be serviced and detailed with the utmost care. Personable and professional at the same time, making me feel like a friend or family member. Highly recommend BMW Of Sudbury and My, she’s your girl! I would have no problem coming back time and time again.

The service advisor Maya was super friendly and accommodating. I was misquoted a price on the phone earlier, but Maya did make it right by striking the right balance.

The technician did a multi-point inspection and came back with multiple items to be repaired, that would cost multiple thousands of dollars. Each dealership seems to find something or the other. This is the reason for taking a star off.

I wonder if BMW is to blame or the dealership. I plan to get a second opinion from my local trusted mechanic. Will update to 5 stars, if the local mechanic also validates the recommended repairs.

At this point, I will keep BMW of Sudbury in my list of repair shops to go to, but with caution. Overall experience was positive, the waiting area, service advisors, handling etc. was all good.

Very poor “service”. Made appointment for 11 to have tires balanced. Arrived 15 minutes early, but did not get to see advisor until 11:30.
To their credit, master tech drove car with me to confirm need for balancing.
But…it took another 3 hours to complete the work. And I’m waiting all the while with only one interaction with advisor — after I tracked him down.
Sorely disappointed in this place. $250 - after a $40 credit for my inconvenience!!!
