The check in and service was very quick as promised. Steve, the Service Advisor, was knowledgeable, professional and very personable. I had to wait at the facility while the vehicle was worked on. Plenty of seating area with refreshments. Highly recommend it.

He explained everything that was going on in a clear concise but detailed way. He even gave me his cell number in case something goes wrong in the future. Great customer service.
