I was gifted a 2015 Jeep Patriot which I am so very grateful for. However I have had multiple issues. We got the car from Hellens Garage in Uxbridge, Ma. They said there was no issues with it yet that was false. The second week i had the car my check engine light came on and it was for a cylinder 3 misfire. I brought it back to them and they did a coil pack and spark plugs. My light turned off. Then a week later my car started over heating severely. I went back to them to get it looked at and fixed. They said it was a crack down my water pump and wanted to charge me $500. I said no i just got the car from you so they only charged me $300. Two weeks later my check engine light was on once again for a cylinder 3 misfire. Went back. Said it might have been a faulty coil so just switched them around to see if it would change the misfire. Light turned off. Two more weeks later my light came back on FOR THE SAME THING. went back and they told me i needed a fuel injector. Charged me $90 for this. Had a great time for a while. Then my car started to overheat once again. Brought it to multiple mechanics and told different things. First i needed a new engine. then they said i had a blown head gasket. None of that was true. I had an air pocket in a line. Got that fixed. Car was running great. Then my check engine light came on againnnn saying cylinder 3 misfire. Got it looked at by a new mechanic he told me that he was unsure of what the misfire is caused by however the waterpump and the thermostat was never changed like they told me it was and charged me for. My check engine light has been turning on intermittently and my car over heats every second it gets. Now drying home tonight in the rain my roof started to spew water out of the lights and sides. Now it is such a big safety hazard i honestly dont feel safe driving it. I need help finding a new car so i am able to make it to and from college as well as work and i do not know what to do at this point.

The owner for one is a bully. Then he lied to you. Bought a car from him. Check engine light came on said I had high and low emissions leak and gas cap light. Brought it in they turned off the light said it was nothing. Falsely got it to pass inspection . Light came back on day later brought it back 9 times. Then it was not starting had to have towed multiple times. They could not find issues. Finally it was the fuse box. Then I have brought it in for brakes they outrageously over charged n don't do the repairs you ask for. Then I wouldho about a week then it would start acting up Again. When it came time to inspection it failed for what he never fixed when I bought high and low emissions leak has cap light. So I had catalytic converter put in And new muffler piece. Now it says I need o2 sensor n check engine light it still on. Saying I need a catalytic converter still and muffler piece. This guy is selling car and not doing what he is suppose to do ,so be warned you will get stuck with bill. I trusted them and I have only owned the car a little over a year cannot drive it due to big R on my windshield. This caused me not to be able to get to work. I lost a great job I had for 10 years. This garage and his other garage zues garage in whitinville need to be closed he scams people all he cares about is money.

Truck in for some front end issues was quoted $14-$1500 for ball joints wheel bearing tie rods everything to rebuild everything because they said it was so rusted and nothing would come apart. I have a warranty on my vehicle so I wanted to check with them before proceeding brought the vehicle back after finding a few things recovered a couple weeks later The garage contacted me about my brakes and I was quoted an additional $500. When I came to pick up my vehicle, I was handed a bill of $2400 after the insurance company is already paying $1600. I’m not sure if the shop screwed up on their quote or what but they want me to pay triple what I was originally quoted. Do not bring your vehicles fear very unstable.

These guys are always great.. they have fit me in last minute numerous times, have always been fair, often have availability when others don't, and I've never felt ripped off AT ALL by their prices. Great service at a reasonable cost, and within a reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend!
