Had a radiator replaced on a jeep Cherokee 4.7l they did not bleed the air out of the system. Picked vehicle up and it overheated on the other side of town and blew the head gaskets. Will never recommend any service of any kind to no one ever very poor mechanic's!!!!

Hawes Auto is just fabulous. We had a college student wreck at college. We are out of state, which made getting the car fixed a bit challenging. While the car was being repaired for collision, Hawes repair worked with Ohio Collision to get the break job done with us not loosing more additional time. Thank you, Mr. Jeff and team. We highly recommend Hawes Auto if you are in need of a repair.

We ate the burnt end piece sandwhich and it was very good. Some of it was kinda fatty but it was delicious. Fries were great too. Can't wait to go again.

I brought my car here and they were ready to work on it, I don't know the guy name but he was really kind. Servise wasn't expensive at all . My car was ready same day.

They do not have any service to pick you up or drop you off. They charged me $50 over both quoted prices. And waited until I got there to tell me they didn't accept card payments at that time. So after I found a ride there they had to take me back into town to get cash and take me back. It was then I realized why it was the only shop I had found that was same day service.

My family has been using Hawes Auto since before they had a shop in Beaver Dam. They can be trusted and do good work. I quite literally don't trust anyone else with our vehicles.
