I had a flat tire while on the Cape vacationing and managed to cross thread my spare. The owner, Dave, was professional, focused on problem solving, courteous, and was able to take care of the issue. They were very flexible with their schedule and provided an appointment two days out. The car was ready well within the day and they communicated clearly and appropriately. Everyone staff member was friendly and customer focused. My 2000 mile round trip drive to Charleston SC was perfect after the repair. I highly recommend this business for your auto needs.

While on vacation I experienced a major problem with my truck the day before our scheduled departure.

The campground where we were staying called Harvey’s after normal hours and they said they’d fit it in.

Harvey’s understood my needs and was able to fit me in the next day. The work was done quickly on a not so easy job. I am very pleased with the quality and price of the work. Top Notch

Awesome people and immediate service. We arrived without an appointment and told Mr. Harvey our wheel felt wobbly, so he checked out the whole vehicle and found nothing wrong. He didn't charge us anything, even after we left our lights on and needed a jump start from him! We're very grateful for Mr. Harvey for checking our car out and giving us peace of mind.

I had LED headlights installed. I was told it would take a couple hours. It took 8 at a cost of $425 for headlights?!?! The headlights were not installed correctly and I failed my inspection. When I went back to gave it fixed all they wanted was more money. I do not recommend this place at all.

We've been using Harvey's for over a decade. They are honest and do first quality work. For example, I brought my car in and thought for sure i needed new brake pads after a long winter. He told me that I didn't need new pads that I just had to drive it for a while and step on the brakes a few times. They do all of our work.

All I can say, is that since buying my home in Provincetown in 2003, I have been using Harvey's Auto Services. Mr. and Mrs. Harvey are absolutely wonderful people. And their work is done fast and perfect, every time.

The worst experience. Brought my car for clutch changed, called couple times to see if he started to work on it and when it will be done and he never informed me that he needed to do some work on the muffler as well. When I called to pick up the car the price was 2-3 times more than what he told me at the begining, altough he checked the car a week before I brought it to him and he said that everything was goo, except the clutch. I don't recommend him and I will never use him again.

This place charges you 90 dollars to change one lighting bulb without first asking a customer if he agrees to the price. I would recommend to avoid this place.
