I happened to drive by Harbro and noticed they had a vehicle I may be interested in.

with no appointment, and whilst in the middle of dealing with other customers and shuffling cars around due to incoming snow storm, Mike took the time to give me a run down on the car and get me setup for a test drive. As I live close he even offered for me to take it home and show my wife.

He then took the time to sit and talk, and give me a run down on the history of the business.

ultimately the car was in excellent shape, but not exactly what my wife wanted.

but at no time did I feel pressured, or that I was dealing with a " car salesman"

if we weren't set on a specific car with specific options I certainly would have loved to give him our business. Highly recommend checking them out if you need a new car

I am a new return resident of the area. I had Harbro change my oil and it was a very good experience. I called about doing my rear brakes, I explained I could not stay and needed a ride back home and Sarah arranged it. They also came in at a lower estimate than my previous shop. When I picked up my car, the price was on the low side of the estimate. Brakes sound and work great... I found my new auto service home..!

If I could pay to give another star, I would. I rolled up today to Harbro, with a target vehicle that I fell in love with in person. Zach was a complete powerhouse. He was fun to communicate with, dominated the paperwork process entirely - suplex'd it, even.

Seriously, though. Zach was a complete pleasure to work with! Buying a car, and expecting to drive off with it, same-day, is a big ask in Massachusetts. I came well prepared, and we just got to business.

Got an alignment and they didn't tell me about my shot bushings in the rear, very disappointed and you should get some technicians with better eyesight.
